MINFORD, OH (October 10, 2011) – TRD Racing, Inc. is very proud to announce it is joining forces with Audie Swartz of Swartz Xtreme Race Cars to re-engineer and develop a vastly improved chassis design for its 2012 ¾-scale late model racecars. “Audie is a highly-respected individual with an impressively long history in dirt racing,” said Mike Spinneweber, owner of TRD Racing. “His years of experience building super late model chassis bring an invaluable amount of knowledge and technological advancement to our program. We couldn’t be more pleased,” Mike added.
Audie Swartz and his father, Charlie Swartz, started in the business of manufacturing racecar chassis in 1987. Audie took over sole ownership of the business in 1991 when he formed Swartz Xtreme Race Cars. His company currently manufactures dirt super late model chassis and dirt modified chassis, in addition to the 3/4-scale late model racecars.
